When playing in any of Challengermodes PUBG tournaments, you must have entered the correct ingame name when connecting your account, if you are unsure, or have done it incorrectly then this will show  you how to fix it.

  1. Check your ingame name by going to your profile on Challengermode in the "My game accounts" box.

If the underlined name matches your ingame name, then your ingame name is correct and you are good to go. If it is not correct, then follow the rest of the steps.

   2. Disconnect your PUBG account and reconnect it.
Click on your account on the left side, under PUBG.

Then click on "remove" on the window that pops up.

Once that is done, add your PUBG account again, but make sure your ingame name is correct.

If you can't remove your account due to being in a ongoing activity, or due to being short on time, contact an admin on the support chat and they can assist you.
