If you wish to remove/disconnect your PayPal account from your Challengermode account, there are a few things that need to be done.
Send Change PayPal Request Emails to Challengermode Support
To remove or change your PayPal account, you need to do three things, two if you want to remove the currently linked PayPal account.
For our Support team to do changes to the linked PayPal account you need to send three (3) emails to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
These emails have to be sent to email@example.com from:
1: The email address to your currently linked PayPal Account.
2: Your Challengermode Account email address.
3: The email address to your new Paypal account.
You then need to do the following changes on PayPal. While logged into PayPal you can do this under your pre-approved payments.
To view or change your pre-approved payments,
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Navigate to the Payments tab:
3. Click on Manage pre-approved payments. This will take you to a list of all the shops, sites, or merchants you have billing agreements with. Look for the one that says Challengermode AB.
Please note that you can only have one PayPal account connected to your Challengermode account for security reasons.
