There are a couple of ways to check what prevents you from receiving the password reset email:

1. You are not verifying the inbox connected to your Challengermode account.

  • Verify your User Settings to see your linked email address.

2. You have a second Challengermode account.

  • If you have a second account for which you have confirmed the location, it will prevent you from receiving the password reset email on your current one.

3. A Firewall that is blocking certain emails.

4. A setting of your email account that does not allow specific emails.
